At the age of 28, I was given a terminal diagnosis. It turned my world upside down, then set me on a path of revolutionary self-love.
What if you were the love of your life?
Many of us are starving for love and care. We look everywhere around us to find it. We become frustrated and disappointed when situations and people let us down. Sometimes, we give up on receiving the nurturing we crave entirely. “Grow up!” We say to ourselves. “Suck it up.” We slog through life, living a dimmer version of what we dreamed. Something is missing. We are exhausted, angry, and anxious. We feel lost and disconnected from ourselves.
The secret is, we are our own source of love. We’ve been holding the key the entire time, but just didn’t know how to use it. Self-love is radical. It’s POWERFUL! Practiced daily, it will bring you more bliss, abundance, and fulfillment in your life and business. How do I know this? I’ve lived it.

The Science Behind Self-Love
The Nobel Prize winning scientist Elizabeth Blackburn found that stress can cause our cells to prematurely age and break down. She studied the cells of people in all kinds of stressful situations, from mothers of children with chronic illnesses, to trauma victims and residents of war zones.
The fact is, stress of many kinds has a negative emotional and physical impact on us. Even our own minds can be like mini war zones. The negative voice in your head – the one that never has anything nice to say – that causes stress too. Practicing self-love and self-care is the antidote to stress. It’s not a luxury; it’s a necessity. It benefits our well being on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. Are you ready to step into self-love?
I’ve created a special program designed to help you fall in love with yourself and integrate practical self-love and self-care practices into your daily life.
