Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation

Welcome to the Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation Class. My name is Arliss Dudley-Cash and I’m the instructor. This is going to be a 4-week course, 1 hour in length, in mindfulness practice.
During this course we will be discussing the basics of mindfulness and meditation, how we put these two focuses into practice, and the impact that this practice can have on your lives and our businesses.
I ask that each student be willing to be gentle with themselves through this practice and learning.
