Business Coaching for the
Mindful Entrepreneur

What does it mean to be a mindful entrepreneur?

Being an entrepreneur is one of the bravest things you can do. It involves risks and leaps of faith. It requires super woman-esque self-confidence and enough open mindedness to ask for help. You need savvy communication skills, resilience in the face of failure, and, I would argue, a black belt in self-care to prevent burnout!

Let’s be real: you don’t have to be all these things already. We are all a work in progress. The key is having the willingness to grow, because growth in your business is directly related to your personal growth. This is the beauty of the journey.

The mindful entrepreneur understands the important connection between building a business and building a strong physical, mental, and spiritual foundation within themselves.

Testimonials from Arliss’s Clients

Lee-Ann Watanabe, Lifestyle Transformation Coach

Arliss is a fierce business coach! Her kind and gentle spirit is so comforting, I know that I can be 100% myself in our sessions and share honestly and truthfully. This has allowed us to dive deep into the inner work that will ultimately help me to bring my business (and my life) to the next level! With Arliss’ guidance, I have made so much progress towards creating a suite of services and a schedule that lights me up in just three weeks of working together, I absolutely can’t wait to see what will unfold in the next few weeks!

~ Pua, Pualena Digital Design

Deciding to work with Arliss was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.  After working with her for four months my business is doing great and I am doing even more of what I love and am passionate about. I launched my first program, raised my prices, and have gotten more clients. I will continue to work with her in the future because I know that she understands my mission and my vision. If you are looking for a great Business coach and someone who can help you see and understand your potential she is hands-down the best. I am so glad to continue working with her and would recommend her to anyone looking for someone to help them get their business going or moving in the direction that they’re hoping for. Her energy and all around good nature will keep you looking for to weekly sessions and keep you motivated to follow your dreams.

“I learned to always take on things I’d never done before. Growth and comfort do not coexist.”

~ Ginni Rometty

“The only thing that is ultimately real about your journey is the step that you are taking at this moment. That’s all there ever is.”

~ Eckhart Tolle

What is foundational business coaching?

Starting a business is overwhelming. Running one that hasn’t been set up with the proper foundation for success can be maddening. From forming a business entity, to creating systems, to branding, marketing, and sales, there are so many moving parts.

One major part that often gets overlooked is YOU – the entrepreneur. Owning a business demands a huge amount of personal growth and development by the entrepreneur themselves.

As a foundational business coach, I help start-up businesses and entrepreneurs in the first few years create a strong foundation which will support long term growth – not only for their business, but for themselves as a person.

What is a strong foundation?

In business, a strong foundation is a combination of passion, soul, and the practical ‘nuts and bolts’. It means getting in touch with what inspires and sustains you as an entrepreneur, as well as simple strategies and tools to make your day-to-day grind easier and more efficient.
